Total Force Wellness: Authorized Mental Health Care for All Service Members

Mental Health Care for Service Members

Resilience Illinois provides specialized clinical care tailored to the high-tempo lifestyle and unique stressors of modern service members.

Clinical Excellence for the Total Force

Reliable mental health care for service members requires a provider who understands the nuance of the military lifestyle—from the stress of "the weekend warrior" to the demands of active-duty missions. At Resilience Illinois, we offer authorized civilian care that bridges the gap between clinical necessity and military life. Whether you are navigating a transition, managing PTSD, or dealing with family strain, our team is trained to support your specific needs while ensuring your readiness remains a top priority.

Support Across the Spectrum of Service

Active Duty Support

Targeted therapy for those currently in uniform, focusing on mission focus, trauma recovery, and acute stress management.

Guard & Reserve Care

Specialized support for the unique "dual-status" life, helping members balance civilian careers with military obligations.

Operational Resilience

Skill-based clinical intervention designed to improve emotional regulation and performance under pressure.

The Path to Authorized Care

1
Initial Contact: Consult with your MTF (Active) or civilian PCM (Guard/Reserve/Family).
2
Referral Request: Request a referral to Resilience Illinois via the TRICARE or VA network.
3
Clinical Intake: A comprehensive 60-minute session to identify your specific service-related goals.
4
Mission-Based Therapy: Structured weekly sessions using evidence-based tools (CBT, CPT, or EMDR).
5
Readiness Maintenance: Regular reviews to ensure your symptoms are decreasing and your functionality is high.
SERVICE MEMBER PRO-TIP: If you are National Guard or Reserve on TRICARE Reserve Select (TRS), you often do not need a pre-authorization for standard outpatient therapy. You can call us directly to schedule your first session.
COMMON PITFALL: "Duty Status Confusion." Your mental health benefits change depending on your orders (T32 vs. T10). Always bring your current orders to intake so we can ensure your billing is handled correctly by TRICARE.
