TRICARE IOP Mental Health Program
Resilience Illinois provides Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) that balances clinical depth with your daily military and family life.
What is TRICARE Intensive Outpatient (IOP)?
TRICARE IOP mental health is a clinical program designed for individuals who need structured support but can still function in their daily environments. Our IOP typically involves 9–15 hours of treatment per week, spread across 3 to 5 days. At Resilience Illinois, we focus on symptom reduction and skill-building using evidence-based tools, helping you stay connected to your unit or family while you heal.
