The TRICARE IOP mental health program is specifically designed to treat military-connected individuals facing acute depression, PTSD, or anxiety. At Resilience Illinois, we understand that military life presents unique stressors—from deployments to frequent transitions. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides 9 hours of structured therapy per week, allowing you to engage in deep clinical work while maintaining your family roles and responsibilities.
