A VA Community Care PHP mental health program is designed for veterans who require daily clinical intervention but wish to remain in their own homes. At Resilience Illinois, we coordinate directly with the VA to provide intensive, 6-hour daily sessions including individual therapy, veteran-specific groups, and psychiatric management. If your local VA cannot offer this level of care promptly or if it is too far from home, you are eligible for authorized care here at $0 cost.

No. For authorized veterans, the VA pays 100% of the cost for PHP services at Resilience Illinois. There are no copays or hidden fees for this level of care.
While the VA must initiate the referral, our veteran liaison team can assist you in navigating the HSRM system and communicating with your VA coordinator.
