Our Executive Program Director

Amy Strausberger

Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CRADC), holding two master’s degrees and bringing 20 years of diverse experience in the field. I earned a Master’s in Human Services with a focus on Families and Communities from Purdue Global University, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from Kentucky University. I have ten years of leadership experience with an extensive background that spans from private practice, corrections, community mental health, emergency departments, IDD homes and day programs, substance use facilities, residential programs (PHP/IOP), and shelters. I hope to continue to provide, support, encouragement, and compassion to both professionals and people in need.

Our Case manager/Facilitator

Brandy Mondragon

Hi! My name is Brandy and I am a dedicated healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience, now transitioning into the mental health field. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from National Louis University, and have worked with diverse populations across all age groups, gaining valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by individuals and families.

Passionate about the transformative power of therapy, I believe in its ability to help individuals unleash their full potential and achieve personal growth. This belief is rooted in both professional and personal experiences, allowing me to relate to and support a wide variety of individuals.

In addition to commitment to mental health, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and kids ages 6 and 16, reflecting a strong belief in the importance of relationships and community in fostering well-being. I plan to one day further my education by pursuing a master’s degree, continuing to grow and contribute to the mental health field.

Clarence Kelley Jr.

Hello, my name is Clarence Kelley. I have over 23 years in the behavioral health/substance use field. I have worked all levels of care, such as inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP, OP, detox and crisis servicing all populations.  I am diligent and passionate about servicing others with greater needs associated with mental health and or substance use.  I am a former veteran that have core values and morals that align with servicing consumers seeking services through Resilience behavioral health.

Our Therapist

Mykayla Cowger

Mykayla, Master of Art in Forensic Psychology, is a therapist who is passionate about helping those who struggle with their mental health. Her approach is to create a safe and collaborative space where we can work together to help people build resilience and find their inner strength. Her experience includes working in an inpatient psychiatric unit for 2.5 years where she provided support to individuals who were 18+ that struggled with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. She is passionate about empowering clients to live more balanced and fulfilling lives.

Our Nurse Practitioner

Lavette Goodman-Grahamr

Hello Everyone! My name is LaVette and I’m a dedicated, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who brings a deeply compassionate approach to psychiatric care. With almost a decade of experience across inpatient, outpatient, and academic settings, I’m committed to meeting individuals where they are—providing thoughtful medication management, trauma-informed support, and collaborative treatment planning tailored to each person’s unique journey. I strive to create safe, trusting spaces that empower clients and foster healing. Recognized for my leadership, cultural competence, and commitment to clinical excellence, I also mentor future nurses as an adjunct instructor, sharing my passion for empathetic, evidence-based practice. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new places through travel, and staying active with regular workouts—nurturing both mind and body with the same care I offer my patients.

Our Behavioral Health Tech

Josh Barker

Hello! My name is Josh and I have almost 5 years of mental health care experience. I began as a behavioral tech, became a Recovery Support Specialist (RSS), and eventually became the supervisor of the entire RSS department. I am completing my BS in Psychology, then pursuing a Master’s of Healthcare Administration. Between school and work, I enjoy playing guitar, creative writing and spending time with my family.
